two of my dearest friends, stuart and kristen west, were married earlier this year. stuart called me tonight from the hospital saying that kristen had been hit by a drunk driver in a head-on collision. he said she was stable, but they won't know the extent of her injuries until the morning. i pray she's alright.the senselessness of this astounds me.
Lord, have mercy.
